The Anti-

Inflammatory

Lifestyle Program

3-month plan
An individually-tailored dietary management program to target diet-induced inflammation and alleviate symptoms

Food sensitivities are experienced by up to 40% of the population, and most of them are completely unaware that it is their food that is causing many of their issues.

..And those with both auto-immune conditions and food sensitivities combined, almost never find relief.

Unfortunately, the majority of those that experience diet-induced inflammation are failed by conventional treatments.

Due to their complexities, as well as a lack of knowledge within conventional medicine about
diet-induced inflammation, food and food-chemical sensitivities remain one of the most under-addressed areas of medicine!

Below are medical conditions where sensitivities can play a primary or secondary role, and research has shown that MRT testing and developing a personalized anti-inflammatory nutrition plan is very effective at relieving or resolving these conditions.

About MRT & Our Lifestyle Program

So, what is MRT and the Anti-inflammatory Lifestyle Program?

The Mediator Release Test

The Mediator Release Test® (MRT) is a blood test that measures your body’s immune reaction to 170 different foods and food chemicals. It is the most accurate and most comprehensive test available for determining food and food chemical sensitivities. MRT allows us to pinpoint which foods and chemicals are causing immune cells to “react” and release “mediators” into the blood.

These mediators are very powerful chemicals such as histamine, prostaglandins, cytokines (and many others), which trigger an inflammatory response in our bodies. When you consume certain foods that you are intolerant to, it provokes their release which causes you to experience symptoms of pain and discomfort

The Anti-inflammatory Lifestyle Program

The Anti-inflammatory Lifestyle Program includes the MRT testing, and using the results of the bloodwork, an anti-inflammatory diet is tailored to your specific needs. This diet is referred to as the LEAP eating plan, and it is designed in several phases for gradual food reintroduction. The goal of The Anti-inflammatory Lifestyle Program is to calm inflammation, heal your body from the inside out, and improve quality of life.

It’s a complex process that requires guidance from a Dietitian who specializes in food sensitivities and who can help you with meal planning, troubleshooting and more. As a Certified LEAP Therapist, I can help you FINALLY get relief from the pain and discomfort of your chronic health problems.

Did you know?

Recent research into adverse reactions to gluten has uncovered a new form of diet-induced inflammation termed “non-celiac gluten sensitivity” (or NCGS). Gluten sensitivity is 6-8 times more prevalent than celiac disease, can provoke a wide range of clinical symptoms, and has been proven to activate the innate immune system, a branch of the immune system that has been almost completely neglected for years by researchers as a source of diet-induced inflammation and symptoms.
